BEFORE PLACING A PREORDER ON OUR WEBSITE, PLEASE READ BELOW:

• When you place a Preorder, we charge your method of payment immediately & not when the item(s) ships.
• If you need to cancel or update a Preorder, please call or text us at 719-430-6226
• If you are ordering a Preorder with an In Stock item and you paid for shipping, we will NOT charge you additional shipping once your Preorder has shipped.
• Preordering an item on our website is voluntary and you can cancel at anytime for a FULL refund to your method of payment. If you need to cancel, please do so prior to shipment announcement on our website.

• If you are returning a Preorder- You have 30 days from the day the order has shipped and not the date on the invoice as this is the order date. 
• Our Preorders are our bestselling Truelynn pieces and have been in stock and sold out multiple times and can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on manufacturing time, detail of the item etc.,
• Please know that we do our best to communicate and update all details on such as shipment ETA's on the product page of a Preorder item our website. If you have any questions or need additional info, please reach out to us at the above phone number. 
• The ETA shipment date posted on a Preorder item is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we will only update as more information is provided.
