SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival. If you received a defected item, you MUST contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can take care of the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed or worn it. We do inspect every single item that we receive to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.

If items are returned to us appeared to be worn, washed, has makeup stain, smell of cigarette smoke, fragrances or animal hair on them, fake tan, dirty marks, damaged, tags not attached and intact, received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you or donated to a local charity. No Exception!

Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days from the date you order was placed for domestic orders. International orders have 45 days. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed via the email you used at checkout. Keep in mind that our store credit has no expiration date! You can use it at any time on our website.

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count.
