Hopefully you love everything you purchased from us, however we get it if something doesn't work out and you need to return it, we are here to help!


Please read carefully our Return and/or Exchange Policy for instructions on how to send your item back to us. If you have any questions, please let us know. Please keep in mind that Store Credit never expires.

While we will always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide free return shipping at this time. **Exceptions Applies

  1. To send back your items, you can choose a shipping carrier of your choice.

  2. As a reminder, shoes must be in the original box upon return.

  3. Please do not attach the shipping labels to the shoebox itself, it must be sent back in an exterior protective shipping box.

  4. **We do not provide a refund for your return shipping cost, unless the error is Truelynn Boutique's fault (eg wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing defect.

  5. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse and processed through our returns department, we will issue you your refund via your original method of payment. 

  6. We aim to process all returns the same day they are delivered to our warehouse.

We do not require a Return Authorization when sending a return, however we asked that you include your original Packing Slip inside your return. We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that you insure your package when returning it to us. If you received an item that seem to have manufacturing defect, please get in touch with our customer service team in the unlikely event you have this issue when you receive your package. 

  • All returns must be received with 30 business days of the original purchase date to receive store credit and 14 business days to receive a full refund.

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

  • Must be returned with original tags attached and intact.

  • Must be free of cigarette smoke, deodorant, fragrances, animal hair.

  • Must not have any visible dirty marks, fake tan or makeup stains or body oder. 

  • Must not be marked as a Final Sale item on our website.

  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, shipping box.


The term "Final Sale" means that an item cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Jewelry (Earrings/ Necklace).

  • Leggings, Swim Wear, Bodysuits- due to hygienic reasons.

  • Any Items discounted 25% off or greater will be considered as Final Sale.

  • Gift Cards, No exceptions.

  • All items which fail to comply with any of our conditions under "What Can Be Returned?" will not be accepted as a return, no exception!


The term "Final sale" means that an item can not be returned or exchange and is ineligible for a refund.

  • Any items marked as FINAL SALE on our website are final and cannot be returned to us for store credit, refund or exchange - unless the item received is defected or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. 

  • Any Items discounted 25% off or greater will be considered as Final Sale.

  • Any Final Sale items which are returned to us will be returned to sender or donate to a local charity if received outside the allowed 14 or 30 days. 



Please note that due to limited inventory, the item you wish to return may not be in stock at the time of an exchange. You will need to order the exact same item in your new desired size or color. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!

  • Final Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item you are returning must meet be in compliance with our "Return Policy" below. No exceptions!

  • Please place a new order for the correct size or color of the same exact item.

Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund to your method of payment once we receive the returned item. If we are currently sold out of the size or color you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the " How to Return An Item To Us" above.


Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival. If you received a defected item, you MUST contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can take care of the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed or worn it. We do inspect every single item that we receive to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.

If items are returned to us appeared to be worn, washed, has makeup stain, smell of cigarette smoke, fragrances or animal hair on them, fake tan, dirty marks, damaged, tags not attached and intact, received beyond 14 or 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you or donated to a local charity. No Exception!

Your item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days from the date you order was placed for domestic orders. International orders have 45 days. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed via the email you used at checkout. Keep in mind that our store credit has no expiration date! You can use it at any time on our website.


Your item must be received or postmarked* within 14 days of the of the delivery date to receive a full refund for domestic orders. International orders have 25 days. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count. 


 Please inspect your item(s) IMMEDIATELY upon arrival!

Quality control is one of our top priority here at Truelynnn Boutique. We do our best to inspect every single item before they're sent out to you, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition! However, if you believe you received a defected item, please email our customer service at within 3 business days so we can take care of the issue. Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you! 

We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or color.

All USA orders ships FREE on orders $75 & over!

Please Allow up to 3-7 business days for order processing. 

Standard Shipping: typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 days to arrive once order is shipped.

If shipping to a P.O Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance as we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered".

Please note: If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. NO EXCEPTIONS!

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.  

All U.S. orders ship with UPS or USPS and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier!

Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

  • Priority Mail:  Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and should arrive in 2-3 days.
  • Express Mail: Orders are shipped within 1 business day with a USPS guaranteed delivery within 1-2 days.
  • Standard US Shipping: Orders are shipped within 3 business days and guarantee to arrive in 3-10 days.

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated live using our discounted rates. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 10:00 AM MST. Some delivery times are not guaranteed. 

Please note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. UPS Ground can take 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited UPS shipping options are available on the checkout page. 

FREE shipping to Canada on orders over $150

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates.

We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. 

Most orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Colorado or within 3 business day (unless stated otherwise on your item description). Orders are typically shipped same day if order is placed before 10:00am MST.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow at least 24hrs for tracking info to update. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order.

Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays.

During busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee the above timeframes. We ask you to allow for an extra 24 hours from placing your order for shipment.

TRUELYNN & CO. is not responsible for any package(s) that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit. If you have incorrectly entered the delivery address on your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly. Any incorrect addresses which result in a package being sent back to us may incur a "return to sender" fee. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.
